Shipping Policy

At Craftpriyaa, we know you’re itching to get your hands on those supplies, so we move fast. Every order’s dispatched within 24 hours of you hitting “buy”—yep, that quick! We ship across India, bringing patterned papers, stamps, and all the good stuff right to your door.
Orders received on Sundays or holidays will be dispatched on the following Monday or the next working day.

During busier periods, such as holidays, sales, we kindly ask for your understanding as longer processing and shipping times may occur.

We do not use Speed Post services, so orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses unless a specific courier service is available. Rural domestic addresses may require a bit more time for delivery, and we appreciate your patience.

We work with leading courier companies, expect your goodies in 3-7 days, depending on where you are. However, for bulky items, surface shipping may take 7-10 days unless urgent delivery by air is requested. You can easily choose shipping options at the time of checkout. While we work hard to ensure timely deliveries, unexpected delays may occur due to factors like:

* Strikes or natural calamities.
* Government raids or mishaps during transit.

RTO: (Return) Due to Customer Mistake: if a shipment is returned due to mistake or negligence on the customer's part—such as providing an incorrect or incomplete address, incorrect contact information, failing to answer calls from the courier and from the vendor or not being available to accept delivery etc —the customer will be responsible to bear RTO charges and Reshipment charges of parcel . (Cancellation of order will not be entertained )
